People Search Service Online

I've used a people search service online to find someone in the past. I've used them in several different scenarios. First, to find out about someone in a professional capacity that I've have trouble tracking down. Second, to find out about someone in a personal capacity that I'd like to get to know.
I tend to use them to find older people as older people tend to live a little more "off the grid" than younger people and so you can't just look up their phone number on Facebook. Actually, on a few occasions, I've usd a person trace service online to find out information on family members (aunts, uncles, et cetera) who I haven't heard from in a while. I did not pay money and probably would not be willing to do so. I've never had a pressing need to use a trace service, so it's never been worth it to pay anything for me. Using one has almost always been a matter of convenience. That said, I can envision a scenario in which using one is important and, in that case, I would definitely pay money for one, although I'd expect a higher level of product.
When I've used free ones in the past, it's been difficult to locate the person with it or there has been obviously false information, the interface has been poor, or there's been some other issue. Again, I can't complain, it's a free service, but I'd want really stellar information -- a lot of it -- and a great, fast interface if I were going to pay for a people search service online.
