Out of state mobile number

I once used a mobile phone search service after receiving several phone calls and messages from an out of state mobile number. I was curious as to whether the person was in fact whom they claimed to be. I signed up for a paid mobile phone reverse look-up service, where they requested 48 hours to complete their search and a possible additional week if the results were deemed inadequate.
Unfortunately, after 48 hours the search service was unable to find any additional information on the requested number, aside from the carrier and general location (which was already found by all the free "sample" services). After the additional week, there was still no further information found. The good thing to be said of the service provider was that they were very professional and prompt in honoring their refund policy.
Although the results were inconclusive and I was unable to definitely determine the identity of the caller, the service provider's professional manner definitely makes me confident in returning to them, should I find myself in a situation of that nature again. (The above mentioned Service Provider was USSearch.com, I'm unsure whether the provider name is a requested piece of information or not.)
