Look Up a Cell Phone Number for Someone

Although most people own cellular phones these days, it is actually extremely difficult to look up a cell phone number for someone, or find the owner of a mobile tn.

One time I needed to get in touch with a work colleague. This colleague did not have a home land line- only a cell. I tried using Google to search their name along with the words “mobile number” and could not find any relevant information online! Phone books and Yellow Pages are perfect for home lines, but not cells. Even the White Pages website was no help.

There was a time when I kept getting phone calls from a mobile tn that I was not familiar with. I wanted to know who the caller was. I used Google and typed in the phone number, and was still unable to find any useful or relevant information. The first few searches were sites claiming to help you look up a cell phone number for someone, but most of these websites ended up being hoaxes. Some web sites would reveal a little information, such as, “This is a mobile number from a Male, age 27, in Northern New Jersey.” This was no help at all! Other websites tease that they do have full info of the tn owner, however those services cost money.

Some require you to register, reveal your own mobile number, and pay a monthly fee. That is so ridiculous! With landlines and home phones, it is easy to go to the White Pages website and click on the reverse number feature. If it is a company or residence, that website will reveal the information for free. In my opinion, with the amount of people these days that do have cellular devices, information such as mobile number look ups should be easily accessible. What makes this information so different from land lines? Why is it so hard to look up a cell phone number for someone, especially when many people do not even have a home line anymore. I bet I am not the only one who feels this way.
