How to Find a tenant?
Once I had given my house for rent to a person in another city other than where I live. As I am not staying in the same city I have asked him to deposit the rent into my bank account by giving him the bank account details, and he used to pay the amount regularly for some months.
One day after checking my monthly statements I came to know that the person has stopped depositing the amount into my bank account. Then, I went to my house and to my surprise found out that the person has locked the house and vacated it without even informing me. Now I needed to know how to find a tenant that turned out to be a deadbeat.
There were lots of tax bills and utility bills, which were due as he did not pay them. Then I tried to contact him by his cell phone number but could not find him as he has changed his phone number. Then I went to his office in which he was working but came to know that he had resigned his job over there and joined another company.
I have made many attempts and trials to trace out his phone number but could not find him. I was very much depressed and was about to pay all the bills which were pending and they were about to disconnect the power supply and water supply to my house. Then, one fine day my good old friend has suggested that I go to the cell phone company, which my tenant used to have and asked me to inquire about his address.
The wireless cell phone company would not give out any information without his permission though. It was against their privacy agreement and illegal. I used a
Instant People Search Service in order to find a tenant that turned in to deadbeat. They have helped me a lot and have given me the address which they have got and a new phone number that is registered to him. I went to his address and tracked him down. With this information I was able to collect all past due and pending bill money and I have made all the payments and could feel free of all tensions.
