This too is just a random tn used to show the sequential order the code needs to follow. Does this work all of the time? Almost, 100% of the time. There are a few instances where you will not be able to "secretly" dial someone's number. One thing that may stop you would be dialing a toll free number (800) number. Even when you dial *67 the owner of that toll free number will see the ten digits you dialed from and the time. This is a part of toll free billing, and call details that usually cannot be bypassed.
