Find Someone by Cell Phone Number

I had a roommate named Elizabeth whom I was supposed to share a room with my third semester in college. After three weeks of living together, I came home one afternoon to find the room cleared of all of her possessions. I asked her former boyfriend of her whereabouts, but he said he had not seen her in quite a while and was concerned. I asked the other guy she was seeing on the side if he knew anything about her plans, and he said that he refused to speak with her because of her disloyal behaviors over the past several months as she has had two boyfriends (we all know of) and an ex-boyfriend who can't seem to stay away from her. Nevertheless, I‘ve tried calling her on her cell, but it always went straight to voice mail. I tried to do a *69, but I guess it does not work for mobile phones. I also tried doing a Google search to find someone by cell phone number; but I got results of the number in the same order, but with wrong area codes before it amongst some other random tn's. I also tried family names that I could remember on the website peoplepages.com and got nothing. I eventually gave up after a while since she apparently knows how to keep a low profile. Since then I've been trying to find out what has become of her after all these years and how her life has turned out. I was discouraged and dissatisfied in my attempts since I realized that it is a very difficult thing to try to find a person by their former mobile telephone or their personal name as a matter of fact; especially if they want to keep a low profile.
