Find a Cell Number through LinkedIn and Facebook

About three months ago I really needed to find the cell phone number of somebody I had worked for a few years ago, and also the address. I was applying for a new job and I needed to give references of places where I had worked before. The prospective employer needed not only the names, but a cell phone in order to contact them, and an address also. I went back to the contact information that I had for the previous employer and I found out that the numbers were outdated, and that she had moved. I needed to find where she was and get the other information within two days so that I could turn it in. I only had the name to start with so I started searching. I went to Google to find a cell number through LinkedIn and Facebook for her but her settings were private. I was not sure if it was the right person since there was not a lot of specific information. I left a message on her Facebook and Linkedin accounts, hoping that she would see them soon and reply back to me. I explained who I was so that she would remember me, and also why I needed her information. Thankfully, she looked at her Facebook account and got back to me. She called me and after talking, she gave me both her mobile tn and her current address, and told me that she would also give me a good recommendation. Everything worked out and I was able to turn in the application with all of the information. I was called in for an interview and I am awaiting their call now. I was also able to update my professional contacts, and all in all, the process was not too difficult, and it ended up really well.
